BOTANICAL ARTIST

Lisa Angelini-Adams, founder and principal of Lisa Angelini Studio, is an American painter creating multi-faceted, botanical art for residential and commercial concepts. She is recognized for her distinctive application onto ceramic, porcelain, and canvas.

Her Mediterranean ancestry is at the core of Lisa’s design approach. Through an exploration of color, intuitive juxtaposition and organic realism, she brings warmth and light to her pieces. On the early 1990’s wave of hand painted tile muralists, Lisa is currently designing for a new age of nomadic lifestyles—high-end, lightweight, versatile art to collect and transport for frequent movers versus site-specific design.

Lisa received her academic training in illustration, fine art and design from The Butera School of Art, The Montserrat College of Art, The School of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and the The Boston Academy of Realist Art.
